One is the China Scholarship Council, in short CSC, which normally provides four to six years of scholarship to those who come from oversea and puruse Ph.D. in China.

• Please check http://www.csc.edu.cn/Laihua/noticeen.html and http://www.csc.edu.cn/Laihua/scholarshipen.aspx, for the application information about Chinese Government Scholarships. To apply this, you may need an acceptance letter by the host before you start the official application. Please send me your CV, your transcripts, and your personal letter which introduces yourself and states the reason why you are interested in joining my group.
• Please check "Chinese Government Scholarship – Chinese University Program" of Zhejiang University 2018. This year, the application deadline is April 20, 2018. To those students from Pakistan: In Section III. 7 instead of language proficiency HSK/IELTS/TOFEL, Pakistani student can submit an official letter which shows that the medium of teaching/examinations is English in their parent universities where they completed Masters degree.
• Please select the major "Electronic Science and Technology" or "Cyberspace Security" under College of Information Science and Engineering from the list. And please use this template for the acceptance letter to ZJU.
